As an artist and text designer, text-symbols brings together Raphaëlle Serres’ many forms of expression, focusing on the multiple dimensions of language: typography serves objects, poetic experiments, and visual identity systems.
     Born in Paris, Raphaëlle Serres has also lived in Marseille and Brussels. She graduated in Graphic Design and specialized in Typography during her Master’s degree. She founded her publishing house in 2017 and has been working as an artist, independently and as part of the Raphaël Matieu duo, since 2019. Since 2024, she has been part of the spasss art space, where she curates several events and initiated the asss project. Her work explores the narrative potential at play between ‘impressions ︎︎︎ expressions’.
